Domino adminstrator not available in package

I downloaded exe with name "C1SB9EN.exe" for windows. And that is what we need to download for installing administrator client.
I am not getting "Lotus domino administrator"in the list of Lotus Applications during the set up of lotus notes clients.

did i downloaded wrong exe. tell me right solution by providing exe name.
